CO2 Laser Optics

Mirrors

Designed for Maximum Reflectivity of CO2 Laser Beams
Mirrors are mainly used for beam delivery systems. These mirrors are designed for high reflectivity, by selecting substrate materials and coatings according to application requirements. Mirrors are not used only to simply deflect a laser beam, they also used to control the polarization of a laser beam (Phase Retarders).

Lenses

Designed for Minimum Spot Size and High Reliability
It is important to select the suitable focusing lenses for best processing. The characteristics(spotsize, spherical aberration) differ according to the materials (ZnSe, GaAs), the lens type (plano-convex, meniscus) and focal length. Under high pressure gas, pressure resistant lens may be suitable.

Plano-Convex Lenses
Positive Meniscus ZnSe Lenses
Positive Meniscus GaAs Lenses

Parabolic Mirrors

Precision Parabolic Mirrors Perform Minimum Spot Size for High Power Laser
Higher precision and reflectance parabolic mirrors are developed by ultraprecision machining and coating technologies. Parabolic mirrors are suitable for high power laser beams.
