本透镜可以对加工品质产生巨大影响的激光光束的吸收抑制到极限、并实现了优秀的集光性能和经济性。我们提供各种各样的透镜、如一般的平凸透镜到曲面透镜、实现高聚光的非球面透镜和激光加工机所使用的耐压透镜、还配备了汽缸透镜、平凹透镜、聚焦透镜等各种透镜。
特别是非球面透镜、采用了非球面形状因而能够最大限度地抑制球面像差、实现小焦点化。短焦距且入射光束直径大的光学系统能够发挥威力。
●材料
红外线CO2激光透明度较高(吸收系数较小)、让可视导向光透过的材料最常用的是ZnSe。ZnSe材料的合成炉是住友电工自主研发的、能用国产材料生产透镜。
●涂层
一般透镜的两面都涂有AR(Anti Reflection、防止反射)涂层。凭借我司自主研发的涂层技术、制作出了能够最大限度地减少光束吸收的透镜。该透镜优秀的点在于能发挥高功率激光加工机的威力。
另外、住友电工的透镜涂层现在已不使用类似于CO2激光用透镜中含有的ThF4(放射性物质的氟化)、因而可在保证不污染环境的前提下放心使用。
激光加工机用硒化锌耐压透镜
以高输出功率的激光、高压辅助气体来高速切割铁板等工件的方式被广泛用于激光加工机。透镜的形状有平凸型和凹凸型、抑制激光吸收的标准型(S)和能消除大输出功率激光的热不稳定性、改善激光加工性能并使它稳定的低吸收率型透镜(L)
