SUMICRYSTAL Substrates

Substrates for R&D What’s SUMICRYSTAL Substrates?

High Pressure High Temperature(HPHT), Type Ib, Diamond Single Crystal Substrates

  • Our company began producing and selling artificial diamonds in 1985, and has consistently produced high-quality diamonds.
  • Compared to single-crystal diamonds produced by CVD method, SUMICRYSTAL is high-quality diamond with fewer defects and internal distortion.
  • SUMICRYSTAL contains a nitrogen content of several hundred ppm and have a yellowish-brown color.
  • The top and bottom surfaces are polished. The sides are laser-cut.
  • For orientation and front/back identification, a notch can also be added.
